Covid-19 Updated Workout Options


Due to recent events and developments surrounding coronavirus, we have made some new options available to our patrons through the use of modern technology! These new options include pre-recorded classes, live sessions over the internet, and for a lucky few, even in-person sessions! Don't worry, these sessions are completely outdoors and comply to all of the most recent guidelines released by our health departments.


 

 

Option 1: Workout of the Day


Our Workout of the Day is hosted on Zoom, these are live sessions that we have available for all of our interested to follow along with and the best part is that they occur on a schedule with multiple options, so whenever your busy schedule allows you to join us, you can! In order to enjoy this option, simply click on this link, and download the Zoom Launcher. Once you install it, you can join our Meeting Area and enjoy the workouts with fellow members!

If you would rather do the Workout of the Day alone, you can follow the guided daily workout here.

Daily workouts are scheduled Monday through Thursday at 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Friday workouts are at 6:00 PM only.
Saturday workouts occur at 10:00 AM only.




Option 2: Group Fitness Classes


Group Fitness Classes are live-streams offered via our facebook page! You can tune-in, follow along with one of our top-rated trainers, and get that body moving! To learn more or to see if a workout to join is already underway, click here! -Below is the current schedule.





Option 3: Virtual 1 on 1 Training
